We booked the Olive Tree for a week of downtime to relax and revive and it didn't disappoint! We have traveled a lot but not everyone gets it right when it comes to hosting however everything was spot on for our stay. From the location (beautiful with only a 15 minute walk into town for shops/supermarkets and restaurants) to the welcome on arrival. The house was spotlessly clean and not only stocked with a few essentials but also added extras including wine, biscuits, fruit, yogurts and sweet treats and a farewell gift! The owners live either side of the house in there own well kept properties but were so respectful regarding noise and privacy (even stopped cutting the grass when they realised we were home).
We had a minor issue with the air con in the bedroom on the first night which was rectified very quickly the next day whilst we were out. We asked the host for a taxi number but he went one step further and booked it for us!
Would also recommend their restaurant in town called Bluesea, lovely fresh menu including Sushi.
Can't complain about anything regarding the host or the beautiful view/accommodation, there is a hotel in the distance that has a water park and at times some noise travels across from there but nothing too offensive.

I absolutely have to agree with the very positive reviews about the house and the host. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, along with an incredibly generous welcome package that included plenty of fruit for us to enjoy. The house is in a wonderful location, very safe, with fabulous views from every window and the terrace. A nice pool with refreshing water and a counter-current feature. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. Easy access to the nearby town, whether on foot or by car. A beautiful area to explore!
Only a rather noisy hotel nearby occasionally disturbed the blissful evening tranquility

Everything!!l Location, views, facilities, super generous and helpful host! While the villa itself was fantastic, a big shout out to our host Nikos who had stocked the villa with a rather generous array of snacks, cereals, fruits and essentials which helped avoid a late night dash to the stores upon our arrival.
Honestly there is nothing to fault!

- first of all, brothers who own and rent the villa are outstanding hosts solving every question and being amazingly hospitable. Fast and clear answers through whatsapp
-very well furnished and equipped (good selection of kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing tools etc....) Lots of towels, extra pillows, shampoos, soaps, body cream etc....
-they hand over the villa with wide selection of grocery essentials
-villa itself is very modern, clean and quite expensively furnished and equipped. It also has cooling and heating system in every room
-the yard of the villa is nice with quite a large pool, 2 seating areas, 4 sun loungers and a small area with grass. Also outside shower
-really liked the outside barbecue they had. It can be also used as fire pit, they provide the firewood
