La cercanía al centro de la cd
La seguridad del lugar
La habitación es agradable, moderna y cómoda.
La actitud impositiva del personal y falta de flexibilidad para la salida.
A las 12pm en punto, me tocaron puerta diciendo que tenía 10 minutos p desocupar, 12.15 otra vez tocaron puerta diciendo que ya me había pasado d la hora. Salí corriendo de ahí 12.18. Nunca me había pasado esto
Entiendo q ocupen asear p siguiente entrada a las 3.00 pm pero es solo una habitación y se hace rápido, no es igual a si fuera una casa .
A veces surgen inconvenientes y no se puede ser tan puntual para salir.
Se agradecería un poco de tolerancia y empatía, si no se puede, tmb deberían de publicarlo y así sobre aviso no hay engaño

Location is great and check-in was flexible and easy.
Check-in was easy but, the lady who was available for the key handling did barely talk to us. She handed out the keys and said "the Wifi PW is there" and she left. Not very friendly!
The place was not very clean. Some areas like the bathroom need attention. The room was for two people but, there was only one chair in the room so, if you wanted to eat in the room, one person had to sit on the bedroom, or stand up. The tables were wobbly making it impossible to eat at the table. Some maintenance is needed in some areas of the bedroom. Lastly, sheets were 100% polyestar which made sleeping in them very uncomfortable.
