70 m2. More information by the provider: The 4 room appartment + 2 bath rooms is in a dwelling with 3 apartments, very centrally situated, close to the chair lift. Dear guests, our flat is located in a comparatively noisy house. We therefore ask you to be considerate of our neighbours in the flat below, especially if the dear little ones are of a rather temperamental nature.
4-room apartment. Approximately 75 m2. 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds). Modern open kitchen with dining table and TV as well as a log fire. Dishwasher, oven, microwave. Living room with TV, balcony. 2 bathrooms with WC. Parking for 1 car.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Please pay the taxes directly at the tourist office on arrival. There is no charge for the final cleaning, the apartment should be left in a clean condition. Included are: electricity, water, heating, bed linen, kitchen cloths, bath towels, radio, TV and car park.
