Siamo stati 2 giorni in questo hotel..posizione molto buona,vicino al paese Scanno 10minuti di macchina, la sera siamo usciti per andare a cena al paese, l hotel ha un ristorante,ma non abbiamo usufruito..Vicino l hotel c é il famoso sentiero del cuore..un sentiero dove potete ammirare dall.alto il lago a forma di cuore.. 40-50 minuti di camminata in mezzo alla montagna, con salite un po faticose ma fattibile..
Colazione buona.. Piscina grande con acqua sempre bassa.. La sera dalla nostra camera vista lago si possono sentire i versi degli orsi.. La camera vista Lago é molto bella, con balcone dove la sera poter ammirare la natura e il silenzio del posto, molto suggestiva
Se posso dare un consiglio cambiarei i cuscini..un po scomodi, molto bassi e molli.. non c é il mini frigo, che potrebbe essere utile specialmente d estate..

I liked the location and the pool. The view from the balcony was fantastic.
I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for pool towels. And there wasn’t enough to eat for supper.

Immaculate Cleanliness: Housekeeping was outstanding. Rooms, bathrooms, and corridors were spotlessly clean every day, with no odors despite the hotel being pet-friendly.
Great Location: The hotel is located right on the lakefront, which is definitely a major plus.
Overall, our stay at Park Hotel fell short of expectations and felt overpriced for what it offers.
Major Cons:
Safety Hazard: During an early morning check-out, the lights were completely off—not just in the stairwells, but even in the main lobby by the central entrance and front desk. Navigating the stairs in pitch-black darkness with luggage using only a phone flashlight is dangerous and unacceptable.
Missing Amenities & Comfort: There was no Wi-Fi in the room (staff cited a lack of fiber connection). The desk had a built-in slot for a mini-fridge, but no fridge was actually inside. Additionally, the mattress had uncomfortable buttons, making sleep unpleasant.
Poor Service & Communication: The front desk staff was unhelpful. As foreign guests, we were never informed upon check-in that dinner required advance booking, and staff made zero effort to accommodate two people with a simple plate of pasta.
Disappointing Food: Breakfast was very basic, featuring stale pastries and poorly prepared coffee (cappuccino was served as flat milk without foam).
