"Do Moinho", 5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2007, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Recommended occupancy with 4 persons until 01.06. and from 01.10. as limited heating in outbuilding depending on weather conditions. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use. 144537/AL
