Located in Rovaniemi, this charming house for $158 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 58 km north of Rovaniemi, lake Alajärvi 30m (length 3 km, width 600 m), deep and partly also low shore, hard sand bottom, own rowing boat, jetty. Planed log cottage, built in 2008. Living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed (width 140 cm), another bedroom with sofa bed, sauna with electric stove, washroom / toilet, hall, open porch. Cottage has got mechanical ventilation system, tv set and recordable digibox. Lakeside sauna available from beginning of June till end of September. Wood-heated sauna stove with a water tank in steam room. Dressing room / living room in sauna building: wood-burning stove and convertible sofa for 2. Electric lighting, water to sauna by motor pump. Summer kitchen by shore; gas cooker, gas grill and griddle pan. Campfire site. Sipukka is cosy cottage located in a hillside, yard is beautiful and well maintained. Place is sunny and peaceful. Stairs to shore. Owner rents out an outboard motor 20 e / booking. Bicycle (for ladies), 2 kicksledges and snowshoes applicable. Meltaus river fishing area 13 km away (www.eraluvat.fi, no. 2561 Meltausjoki). State owned land's hunting area nearby, areas No. 2614 Meltaus and 2615 Rovaniemi (www.eraluvat.fi). Skiing track in Meltaus, length 1,9 km, distance 20 km. Rovaniemi 58 km, Ounasvaara ski resort 60 km, Arctic Circle and Santa Park 65 km. Levi 128 km. Note: dog is allowed for extra price (50 e/dog) but cat is not allowed.
