Upper floor: gallery with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. 2 terraces, north facing position, patio 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of lagoon. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, no lift. The living room and dining room and open kitchen are located on the 1st floor with direct access to the garden by an outside staircase. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
