Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, dining nook, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Top floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Shower/WC, double hand-basin, Sauna. Heating, underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and Grimming. Facilities: sauna, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (5 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Available in the kitchen: beer dispenser (beer kegs against payment from the owner) as well as a constantly filled modern coffee machine with various hot drinks at the push of a button is available for a fee (billed on site at the end of your stay).
