This property is best suited for families, companies, and couples. However, it will not be rented out if all guests are under 25 years old.
The two-story apartment was built in 2021. The ground floor features a spacious combined kitchen/living room, two bedrooms with two beds each, a utility room, a bathroom, a sauna (electric stove), two toilets, an entrance hall, and a terrace. The upper floor includes a bedroom with two beds and a balcony, another bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a lounge area. There is a heated storage room for storing and drying sports equipment, which also includes a drying cabinet. Child equipment includes a travel cot with mattress, a high chair, and a potty.
The television operates via the Elisa Viihde Plus TV box. There are speakers with Bluetooth connectivity under the sauna benches. The apartment offers a 5G internet connection (speed 600 Mbps).
There is a charging station for hybrid and electric cars (11 kW) available, located on the exterior wall of the storage room. Guests need to bring their own charging cable.
