Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and shower. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), separate WC and shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto) extra) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase) lounge. Electric heating. Porch 12 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Garage (2 cars), height 225 cm, width 237 cm. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. 3 wall fountains and a skylight in the living room. Alambra mosaics (Arabic type) throughout the house. The rooms located upstairs are in the tower, the living room is accessible via the double bedroom only from where we have a 180 degree view of the surrounding countryside. A plancha (gas) has been installed on the terrace near the kitchen. Please note: Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.
