Principalmente la ubicación, cerca al canal y varias paradas del vaporeto . Zona céntrica pero el conjunto de aptos tranquilo, alejado del ruido .
No tenían ni platos ni vasos . La idea era solo hacer el desayuno en el apto y no contamos con algo tan esencial . También indiqué que usaría el sofá cama y lo encontré con un forro sucio y sin sábanas , no tenían ni guardadas para yo prepararlo . No tuve más remedio que apañarnos con lo que teníamos en la cama doble , ya que no era para compartir . Deberían de dejar preparado el sofá cama aunque sean solo 2 huéspedes , no pueden dar por hecho que porque son solo dos personas se vaya a compartir la cama .

The location was fantastic. It was near enough to the station for us to walk from there with our cases and it was close enough to walk to the main centre of Venice but far enough away that we could experience the quieter canals and restaurants. Air con was in the main room and the apartment is in a safe courtyard area.
Nothing! It was a little hot on the first night in the bedroom but then we kept the door open to help get the air.con in. Really lovely place to stay.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο. Πολύ μεγάλο και είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Είναι σε μια πολύ βολική περιοχή, όπου μπορείς να φτάσεις εύκολα και με το τρένο και με το βαπορετο. Έχει πολλά μαγαζιά εκεί γύρω.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι τη περίοδο που ήμασταν είχε πολύ ζέστη και το κλιματιστικό δεν επαρκούσε για όλο το χώρο.

La ubicación es buena. Considerando las maletas, es convenientemente cercano a la estación del tren.
Proporcionó dos direcciones distintas. Aunque aparentemente ambas cercanas y en el mismo vecindario (eso argumentó el propietario) en realidad caminar con maletas, familia, para buscar la correcta, fue muy molesto. Además del doble gasto de taxi.
