Location, building is quite new. The room is at high level which is having a nice view. Cafe, restaurant and hawkers stores are available at ground floor.
Designated parking area was hard to locate the first time.
Different access cards for car park, door access, lift and PIN number for the room were a little confusing but probably will provide better security.

This is the way a guest house should be!
Fully equipped and everything works.
There is an A/C in every room. Fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed making a few meals at home. There is a washing machine, including soap, and a dryer. Also, a clothes iron and ironing board. (We did not use those.)
The advert says that there is no WiFi, but there is. And it's good WiFi! The smart TV in the living room is big and very nice.
There is a balcony off the living room and the view is very beautiful.
Security is good and we felt very safe.
On the ground floor of the complex, there are shops and restaurants. There is even a very well stocked grocery store.
We always dealt with Su. (The owner of the apartment.) She is very nice and helpful. I hurt my foot at one point and needed a doctor. She brought one right to us!

The decorations very nice, can take pictures at all corners! I like the mirror with light so much, can make up easily!
Can put more toilet paper and rubbish bins.
