The host Antonio was really helpful and friendly . The property was really clean and welcoming with a beautiful cake and essentials on arrival. Antonio replied promptly to messages when arranging check in/ arrival/ departure information and was able to offer a taxi service if required

Roomy and comfy apartment 👍, 2-star breakfast 👎

We had the whole upper floor of a small house including a large terrace. The flat offers all comforts and was spotlessly clean. It is about 10 mins. away (on foot) from the historic centre which was convenient. The host, Antonio, was willing to let us store the bicycles in the flat even though the staircase is very narrow and the walls had recently been painted white, so a "great" opportunity to leave nasty marks (which we due-fully avoided). Antonio does not speak English but the conversation in English over Whatsapp was easy.

For us, a great stay has four components: obviously the room / flat and the breakfast (B&B), but also the location/surroundings and the host. Asmara 11 15 falls short in the breakfast area: apart from the freshly made muffins (on arrival, thanks!), it came all pre-packed (including the croissants) and felt like in a cheap hotel. We would have liked some eggs, maybe, but since it was all self-serving and lacking love and care, this breakfast, sadly, now occupies to the bottom of our ranking of a 3-week trip around Southern Italy at 15 different places. Also, when a host asks us to leave a favourable review, this prompts looking doubly critically. We don't mind being asked for a review, but please don't try to influence the outcome in any way other than with a flawless performance.

Dobra lokalizacja, udało sie zaparkować przy apartamencie. Taras na dachu jest rewelacyjny. W apartamencie przekąski, woda, kawa, ciasto itp. Czysto i przestronnie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Apartament dobrze wyposażony.

Trochę za miękkie materace. Sofa w salonie bardzo niewygodna. Mimo ze uliczka mala, to głośno jak na środku skrzyżowania, musieliśmy zamykać szczelnie okna i okiennice.
