We really liked the apartment. It is located in a great area and has a beautiful view. The apartment is very well equipped, and everything is modern and of good quality. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment itself and enjoyed our stay
However, we were very disappointed by a message we received from the manager after checking in, complaining that our children were “running around like gazelles” and telling us that they should walk “normally.”
Yes, we have two children, and children cannot fly through the air. We were not breaking any rules of the residence, and I do not believe it is reasonable to expect children to walk in a particular way throughout the day just to avoid making any noise at all.
If the accommodation expects complete silence and does not tolerate the normal sounds made by children during the day, then perhaps the apartments should be rented to adults only.
This was particularly disappointing because we genuinely loved the apartment, but this communication made us feel unwelcome as a family.
In addition, we believe that having a capsule coffee machine would have been more convenient and practical.

Неплохое местоположение, удобный подъезд на машине. Парковка во дворе. Просторные комнаты, чистое белье, кухня укомплектована достаточно хорошо, чтобы приготовить завтрак и ужин. Все современное, свежий ремонт.
Плохой интернет, низкая скорость. Парковка во дворе тесная, заезжать не очень удобно. В апартаментах свежий ремонт, но в целом квартира безликая и не очень уютная - голые белые стены, диваны, на которых не хватает подушек, при входе нет ни одной полочки, куда положить сумочку и ключи от машины. Неудачное решение с освещением в прихожей. Тесная ванная комната. Нет геля для душа. На кухне нет микроволновки, не хватает крышек на кастрюли и сковородку. Все эти мелочи легко исправить, если бы хозяева чуть больше думали о гостях.

It’s located near supermarket (conad), restaurants, and ev charging stations. Proximity to ortisei and sassolungo. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Kitchen utensils are very complete. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay and will definitely consider staying here again next time coming to val gadena.
Ps. View from our unit is exceptional.
If there is a minus is lack of washing machine. But this is not a big issue as we stayed there for 4 nights, so we brought ample clothes.
