Everything was fine. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a nice location. I very recommend.
The process of getting the booking checked in was a bit complicated and not so obvious and easy to navigate. I had also doubts about the safety in processing the payment of deposit. Everything could be better explained.

El edificio es bastante nuevo y el apartamento está reformado y decorado con gusto. Con terraza exterior con privacidad.
Facilidad para comunicarse y acceder.
Muy cerca del centro. Ideal para ir andando.
Piden fianza!
Ojo que hay que subir escaleras para acceder.
De noche y especialmente en la terraza los aires acondicionados de la comunidad pueden ser molestos. Además, la terraza tiene el muro altísimo que bloquea las vistas.
El sofá necesita un lavado o cambio. Y la cocina se queda algo justa (no hay sartén ni apenas almacenaje).

They place is perfect
That my booking was confirm but when I arrive I couldnt get into the appartment because there was an extra form to fill that I am not use to when I use booking.
