Very nice apartment with very central location next to the L1 metro and a lot of nice rooms restaurants and Bistros in walking distance as well as the old city center and Spanish quarters. The high ceilings and the nice floors create a very authentic feel. Everything was clean, the wifi worked good and the bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive, friendly and realy wanted us to have a good time. Would definitely recommend if you want a central apartment :)
Because it's very central it is located at one of the big traffic intersections. So the crazy Napoli traffic is in front of your windows all the time. But the windows do a good job isolating the noise. If your not extremely noise sensibel, it will be ok

I absolutely loved my stay at Residenze Pessina! The apartment was super cute, beautifully decorated in a traditional Italian style and had everything I could possibly need. Despite being right in the heart of Napoli, it was incredibly quiet — which felt like a small miracle in such a lively city! 😂
The location was perfect for the airport, trains and, most importantly, living the full Napoli dream of amazing food, drinks and a little bit of chaos!
The gentleman on the door was incredibly helpful when I arrived early, and Tomasso was an absolutely fantastic host. He has genuinely thought of everything, and as a lone female traveller, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
Access was super easy, everything was clear and straightforward, and the whole experience was completely stress-free.
I would highly recommend Residenze Pessina and will definitely be back!

Residenze Pessina is in a great location, with a bus stop right outside and a train station down the road. There are also many fantastic food places nearby. We stayed in Dante and were greeted by a spacious floor plan with tea and coffee. The bed is spacious and comfy, with enough bedding for a relaxing stay. The decor is beautiful and feels very Italian. The addition of a fridge is always handy, but the complimentary water was even better.
The location is a bit rundown, but the major issue we faced was the constant road noise the shutters weren't thick enough. We normally live on a loud street but this was next-level loud and constant. We were also a bit perturbed by the black mould in the silicone in the shower, however, the pressure of the shower head was great. We were also faced with an issue with the lights not turning on 100% of the time, especially in the bathroom unit. We found that the unlocking and locking of doors were counterintuitive to us no modern locking pinpad. Constantly emptying the water jug when using the air conditioner to avoid water falling off the street was annoying. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit disappointing for us as travellers.
