Facilities, washing machine, good wifi, terrace, communication prior to arrival.

We know Mastichari, so not a problem for us, but some local information in the apartment would be helpful for others.

We Visited G.S. Appartement the Second Time! Very good Communication again with very friendly and helpful owner. Utterly clean Place, fully equipped, nice terrace. Close to the Beach, Supermarket and Restaurants. Comfy Beds, good AC, nice Bathroom and one extra toilet, laundry machine. Good free WLAN.

Only Minor Things missing like a bigger Kitchen Spatula (only small wooden one is there). Beneath our favourite Beach Spot they Opened a Hotel-but that‘s not the fault of the Appartements Owner. Mastichari Beach is just too attractive. Unfortunately soon 150 Square Meters of the ground will be occupied by sunbeds and umbrellas spoiling this Part of a fine Natural Sandy Beach. Next Time We’ll have to Go further down to find a quiet and secluded spot.

The property was excellent & the hosts were brilliant - they were available for any questions if needed.

if we were to be really picky, another set of towels might have been useful.

few minutes walking distance from Mastichari Beach, bus stop, marina and restaurants, food store you can see from terrace. good WiFi, air conditioning, a terrace, every door have protecting mosquitoes net . everything was there what we needed only two things where missing flour brush and scoop :) and chopping board :) , no problem as it brand new renovated house.For those who don‘t like the sea, there is a place with a pool and restaurant right next to the building ( must ask before entering). Friendly Greek owner who speaks English.

Great location and lovely spacious apartment. So modern and clean.

Looked like brand new revamp on apartment - all pristine condition (e.g. kitchen white goods looked like they had never been used). Lovely patio area at back with table and chairs - utilised well at night for pre-drinks before onward walk into town (literally 5 mins away). Liked that it had an additional loo in the utility room at the side - though there was a slight aroma from, I suspect, the drains in this room (but only that one)

Conveniently Located spacious Calm Apartment close to supermarkets and Restaurants and a nice sandy beach with shallow waters which is safe even when it‘s windy. For those who don‘t like the sea, there is a Place with a Pool right next to the Building. Nice terrace in the back with sea view in the distance. Small Front terrace. Fully equipped even with safe, Washing Machine and Fire extinguisher. Tastefully Chosen mostly new furniture with Lots of Storage and a bathroom which could easily be 4 Star Hotel Standard. Extra Toilet. Excellent Air Condition. Hairdryer, Ironing Board & Iron. Friendly Greek owner who speaks english. Rental car Makes It easier to get around but there are Busses Running to several Parts of the Island like Kos city and Airport.

Only Some Little Tools in the Kirchen missing like corkscrew (now there is one ; ). Main Road into town is close and might be Busy in high Season.
