Very homey and breakfast and dinner was very filling!
Staff are very friendly and want to help u as much as they can….
Cute cats on compound! very friendly
My friend was very scared of the cats who would come around during dinner or breakfast in the dining room but the staff were very understanding and helped to keep the cats out of the room for the time being. Would like to thank them a lot!!
Fellow guests were very friendly and we had a great time there!
Recommend doing the shala river tour that u can add for 20 euros! (transport to ferry + ferry and back is included)
Not much but the lock of the room was difficult to open but the staff were very willing to help and told us they will keep note and try to fix it soon. Lovely people there

This is a lovely.little hotel to spend a night before taking a boat to Shala River. Amazina is a wonderful, sweet hostess and cooks the most delicious fresh trout. Her banana bread is also fantastic.

It served its purpose sufficiently for a one-night stay.
The rooms were rather small and basic, so they were probably not entirely suitable for a family staying for multiple days.
- Breakfast was OK but also rather basic.

This is a low score by my norm.
To be clear, the place is fine in the sense of being functional and serving the purpose of a 1 night stay for the ferry trip.
However, compared to all 4 other stops in Albania, all of those were really nice, whereas this one wasn’t. It was simply functional.
Dinner was a hard sell immediately on arrival - we chose not to. The ‘restaurant’ was unimpressive.
Bedroom was basic and dated - and no view of the river because of the trees outside the room blocking the view.
The building has a look of the 1970 / 80s communism.
Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend - I’d search for better.
