Good apartment, but cleanliness is not its strongest point.

The location of the apartment is very good, right in the centre, near the beach, shops and restaurants.

The apartment is not well mantained and not very clean. They need to be more careful with the cleaning part. You need to pay extra for the towels and bed sheets (and you need to carry them from the reception to the apt.)

Filth, dirt, vermin - disgusting

Filth, dirt, vermin

How is a place like this even allowed to be rented out? The apartment was absolutely filthy. There was dirt, grime, mould — or something equally disgusting — almost everywhere. The coffee pot still contained old food residue. The frying pans and oven were covered in grease, dirt, mould and some strange buildup that was difficult even to identify. The stairs and floors were so dirty and sticky that our flip-flops literally stuck to them. Taking off your shoes or walking around in socks was out of the question. 😖😂 We left some bread rolls on the kitchen counter overnight in a closed paper bag, and in the morning we found tiny insects inside that looked like ants. 🐜🤢 The price is completely unreasonable and has nothing to do with the actual standard of the accommodation. The location is not an advantage either. At night, expect loud karaoke from the bar across the street, with people screaming and singing until late. Dirt, neglect and extremely poor conditions. One of the worst places we have ever stayed in. We absolutely do not recommend it.

Solo una notte per il cammino del Salento ma la casa era perfetta

La posizione nella via principale e la presenza della lavatrice e asciugatrice.
