Rip off

Nothing

Incorrect address to pick up the key. No assistance. Had to figure it out myself. Took me an hour. Room was as small as a prison cell. 6 m2. No bed just a sofa bed which I had to do myself. Bed sheets did not fit.

Disappointing

Location.Near the beach.

Can't believe the small space and the price. No balcony. Marks on the walls. No WiFi. Sofa is tiny and folds out as a bed and you don't even have room to walk. Lights everywhere from the plugs at night. Extremely noisy. One of the nights some kids broke down a curtain rail outside the room and we tripped over it on our way back. Giving instructions so many times when leaving to clean up, bring out rubbish, strip everything, dry plates, etc. Only given one toilet roll so obviously had to go and buy toilet roll. No ventilation in bathroom. Extremely claustrophobic place.
