The location is fantastic if you are looking for peace and nature, it really feels like being in the middle of nowhere, which was exactly what we needed after the craziness of Marrakech. The surroundings are beautiful, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the service was excellent. The waiters were always extremely kind and helpful, and Rico is definitely the star of the restaurant.
The food was some of the best we had in Morocco. We especially enjoyed the beef tajine, kefta and the breakfasts.
There were a few small downsides. On our first night we had some flying ants in the room, although the staff immediately offered to change our room, which we appreciated. There were also quite a few regular ants around, but considering the property is surrounded by nature, this was understandable.
The bathroom is quite outdated and would definitely benefit from a proper renovation. The pool was also very cold, so we only used it once.
Despite these small issues, we loved our stay. I would especially like to come back in winter, the whole place has such a cozy atmosphere that it feels like the perfect destination for a colder season.
Also we would appreciate it if we got some info on check in about local hikes and if there is a tour to the lake etc.
And we particularly enjoyed chilling under the jasmine flowers.
A special shout to the waiter who served us on the last evening and morning he was amazing, if I remember correctly his name is Aziz

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté de l’établissement, le confort de la chambre et le calme des lieux. Le personnel était très professionnel, serviable et toujours à l’écoute. Le séjour a été très agréable
Peu de points négatifs. L’éclairage dans la chambre pourrait être un peu plus lumineux, mais cela n’a pas gâché mon séjour.

Non personable staff; dining hall was an empty echo-chamber.
