Broadly speaking this is an excellent property with more than enough room for 8 visitors. The bedrooms are well spaced with minimal noise transfer between. Ample space for family dinner and 2 kitchens to feed everyone, we were 6 adults and a small child that could all be together or still find our own space when needed. Also the train station is so easy to get to for a ride into lively St Ives and the beach access at Carbis, whilst a little steep, is only a few minutes away on foot too. Perfect, quiet setting in a small housing development and plenty space for parking 2 cars on, this property was exactly what we needed. The message here is all about location and size and for both it ticked so many of our boxes. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the property to anyone with a larger party
The property needs some TLC. Perhaps its because it is end of season but we encountered some niggly faults around the house. Several draws needed attention, doors difficult to lock or shut, lights flickering, plumbing and toilet seats a bit iffy etc. This house is a really nice property and am sure worth future investment to make things good again. These comments are not made to criticise but to offer gentle encouragement for the owner to take Sea La Vie from a good 7 to the 10 it deserves

A great place for a holiday. The house is situated in a great location. Close to a beautiful beach. Very close to the path that leads along the coast. Very clean and very well equipped.

Very clean and spacious, each bedroom has its own bathroom, perfect quiet location and a very short walk to the most beautiful beach.
We couldn’t fault the property at all.

It’s very spacious,a good layout that provides space and privacy for family and couples alike with en-suites and separate bathroom facilities all modern and very clean.Many TV’s that enable separate viewing options if required. The kitchen is well stocked with pots,pans,crockery and drinking glasses etc although, we only had simple breakfast there and chose to eat out. Laundry facilities are all very good including the provision of some detergent and softener. Beds and furniture all very comfortable with quality bedding and fluffy towels. The property is very light, sparkling clean and well maintained. It’s extremely well positioned close to the beach, great restaurants with a short train ride into St Ives or an easy walk that was enjoyed by my 80+ year old parents. Plenty of parking for approx 3 cars. The property exceeded our expectations.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.about the property.
