Spacious and bright, partly renovated in 2022, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the patio. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Large patio partly roofed. Deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The corner apartment has a side window on the ground floor allowing the apartment to be flooded with light (it is the only one in this building). A closomat is available in the bathroom, which consists of a bath and toilet. The apartment has a terrace with an area of 10m²!
