Not sure if he is the Hotel manager but the man who was on reception when we arrived was exceptionally friendly and helpful and this was the case across the days we were there.
We were not aware we could use the hotel showers even after checking out which he told us about, this was great as we were not leaving until the evening, however when we came to use them the lady receptionist showed us to the showers we asked for towels and she gave us a spa bath robe to share, we asked for towels and pointed at our beach towels but she just walked away.
Breakfast is good and varied with various fruit, meats, scrambled egg and bacon, a good start to the day and avoided having to go out looking for breakfast.
Rooms are a very good size and good large bright bathrooms, rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels.
Location of the hotel is superb, you can turn right and there are restaurants and bars and numerous shops, you can turn left and there are lots more, turning left is slightly more of a tourist area so the prices tend to be slightly higher but you are spoilt for choice.
There are sun loungers on the roof terrace but there are no umbrellas so you are unable to enjoy being outdoors without being in the sun, to use the beach across the road you have to pay, the public beach is a 20 minute walk away.
We only used the hotel restaurant for breakfast but the staff were anything but friendly unless you are Italian, only one man who I think was called Ivan was ok, the others were not friendly at all, maybe because their English was unlimited who knows.
The TV is via the internet and is app based, there are around 100 channels or more but only one in English which was a French news channel, maybe they could add to this.

Everything about the hotel room was excellent apart from the hot water. The room looked just like the pictures, it had cable TV and access to its own sun terrace. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious.
In terms of other things the breakfast was ok - a fairly standard, mainly cold buffet breakfast comprising of cereals, cold meats, cheeses croissants and cakes, coffee and juices. It also offered cooked sausages, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs.
The main complaint was the lack of hot water in the bathroom. It seems a shame to ruin everything by having an inadequate supply of hot water. Given I stayed in the off season it doesn't bode well for the peak summer season
The other issue is accessibility. In order to access the hotel and reach the lifts you have to climb two separate flights of around six to eight steps. There is a chair lift on both stair cases but this does not address the issue of luggage.
To be fair, the receptionist did help me with my luggage on the way in but I had to do it myself on the way out - not a show stopper issue as I'm sure the staff would help if needed but nonetheless a consideration when comparing with other offers elsewhere.

Spacious room
Poor breakfast. I hoped there were more options and fresher food. Staff friendly, sometime too friendly and not really professional. There were little annoying things that could have been avoided during my stay, like finding our room with the temperature set at 32 degrees one day, after we went back from the beach. Another evening, when I returned my car to the private hotel parking, the gate closed behind once in, and I didn’t know how to open it back as no one shared any info with me. I had to phone the hotel at midnight asking to take me out of the car parking. Another day our room code didn’t work, as the forgot to expend my stay (as per my booking.com amendment). As I said, too many little things that could have been avoided if the staff has had a better training.
