Very clean property, facilities brilliant, it is worth every penny!

Apartment was new and clean. There was enough space for a family 2 adults + 2 children (11 and 5 years). All the kitchen supplies were available. Entrance to the apartment and all the instructions were easy and clear. Location was great, everything in walking distance, beautiful Central Park and the City Centre.
There is no AC.
Entrance to the garage is difficult/tricky for sedan cars or cars with low suspension. We did have a problem driving our car (KIA Optima).
It would be nice if the toilet paper was at the apartment.

The size of the property
The parking facilities dangerous, worse if you don’t get one of the middle spaces, the lack of access to the entry from the car park. Unable to use the shower/wet room without all water getting to the living room. I would have preferred a TV in bedroom too and no drying facilities if you washed clothes. Noisy and busy roads
