We did'nt have a breafast ,but the place was easy to find and everything was nice
We did not like the entrance to the place the road is busy and is to near the N2 . But all and all the stay was superb and nice the place is good for a stay .

Location had great views and was close to all the activities that we wanted to do during our stay in Plett.
We had booked 2 apartments as we were 2 families - when we arrived the guard on the gate said we were next to each other but we found the first apartment difficult to find but once we did we started unloading and getting settled - the second apartment proved difficult to find and we only found it after about 3 circuits of the complex - we realised it was not near the other apartment and had stairs to enter and stairs within the apartment too when we entered there was a lingering smell of asian food so we contacted the hosts to advise that we were not satisifed - in the meantime we had unloaded all our belongings to the first apartment and decided that we would all stay there although tight it felt better all being together. The hosts did offer us another apartment but by this time is was evening and we just wanted to get on with our stay so they agreed to refund us for the 2nd apartment. This proved difficult going through Booking.com as it was a partial refund and is still ongoing but hopefully will be rectified soon. Overall although not great on arrival once this is sorted the hosts were very accommodating to our requirements.
