This is my 5th stay with Elysia.
Been booking the unit since Hari Raya 2023 as their suite is able to accommodate my family.
The location is good.
Short driving distance to Mana-Mana cafe and other food/restaurants. Still a good distance to Mydin @ Anjung.
Their staff is friendly and fast responding.
Can seen changes to the rfid card to the carpark.
This time, they accommodate 6-dining chairs (in tune with my no. Of family members) compare to previous, only 4-dining chairs, 4-plates & bowl and 4-cutlery sets.
All items in the unit were in good working condition.
1. 2-lift were not working. It was very slow to wait. Quite a no of times the lift were full and we have to wait for the next turn.
2. Could have taken more care to the pool water especially the kids area.
3. Gym should open much earlier ie 5am or something.
4. Unit looks a bit old already. The sofa have stain.
5. Toilet have strong bad smell. There were small cockroaches hiding behind the mirror of the MBR toilet. But we are able to catch it 😅
