Only three minutes walk from our friends in Hastings.
Accommodation was very spacious, full of light and comfortable.
A lovely breakfast delivered to our room was appreciated.
The bathroom was extremely spacious with all spa amenities.

Beautiful place, the views from the room are lovely (if you like views across the town), the associated bathroom was really nice with the roll top bath, it was lovely and clean and the breakfast was really nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, even when our plans changed at short notice. Great to have parking on site.
There was no TV or radio for your downtime, and a house rule for 'Quiet Time' between 10pm and 8am. Sure, I get you don't want rowdy guests, but having a 'Quiet Time' policy is a little infantilising.
Definitely felt like we were visiting an eccentric Aunt rather than having a break - it didn't feel like 'our' space, if you get what I mean.
While the breakfast was really nice and well presented there were no options/choices available. For example, not everyone enjoys brown bread toast. Even a choice of bread would have been better.

Just fabulous. from the initial WOW to all the finer details ( face packs, games, phone charger, recommendations for local attractions and restaurants and lots nore) to the wonderful decor and location..West Cliffe, with stunning views and short walk to the funicular that takes you straight into the old town. We had a very relaxed and perfect stay with the most lovely Host..oh and the breakfast was fantastic..we will be back!
