The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the conference venue I attended. The staff were helpful and quick to provide the keys, and the breakfast was delicious with generous portions.
The room was quite small, and some items in the room were broken or needed repair.

Great location. Breakfast was included into the price
everything is very old in the hotel and the triple room is really small. There are only a couple of rooms with a good view. From midnight until checkout there was no running water, we could not use the toilet or take a shower and the staff could not do anything about it (but they could at least bring us a bucket of water so that we could use the toilet!).
