This was a supremely clean, modern, and comfortable hotel in immediate proximity to the San Jose International airport. It is a phenomenal alternative to the Marriott in Belen, which is nearly twice the price. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained and the rooms are minimalist contemporary style, which is excellent for a good night's sleep. There is a food truck "court" directly outside the hotel which is an awesome setup for food options, and there is an outstanding steak house in the same complex. 10/10 would stay here again.

convenient location for easy access to the airport. also a great location with lots of food choices in and outside of the hotel - very modern!
the duvet/comforter material felt a bit odd and the shower - though it had great water pressure - did get water on the floor (we had an ADA room).

Clean and well lit with a nice modern ambiance
The customer service of the front desk of the young with the glasses (Nayalen) at the time of check in was not friendly, borderline rude, and was on her phone instead of paying attention. Also we had several bags and only one young man helped us to check in. No one helped us when we were leaving.

"Excellent breakfast! Located near the car rental facilities so we arrived in evening, took the hotel shuttle to the hotel. Next AM took a very inexpensive UBER to the car rental and left from there!..."
