Terrible smell in the room! Stay away

Nothing.

This was horrible! The stench was terrible. The whole room smelled like mold. We couldn’t stay even one night. Had to book another hotel. Stay away! The service was really bad too. We didn’t get any help whatsoever to solve the problem. Service was bad. Bad smell in the room. Our code did not work and no reception.

I couldn’t stay not even one night in that place.

I couldn’t stay in the property. they don’t have a very good description of the place. It was so hard to find it and once we found it, it has so many stairs that couldn’t bring my mom up to the room.the description says a share room with a private bathroom, but is not even that, it’s just a bed with a private room.. No privacy at all.

The lock of the bedroom doesnt work Someone entered our room while we were sleeping because of that. It scared us like hell.

the old style of the building and the room. The balcony is fantastic to have breakfast.

It is a dog next door barking at 7 am every today. The place is a little noisy

La ubicación es perfecta muy central y cerca de todo, la habitación (Yatzil) está muy bien con su baño privado y el espacio es muy amplio 10/10

La habitación “Yatzil” queda abajo del primer nivel lo cual la hace una habitación muy húmeda, a pesar de que cuentan con deshumidificador el olor se percibe en el ambiente
