Convenient location, great value for money and staff excellent, very accommodating. The 2nd most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

It was easy to find and was clean and comfortable.

Nothing-it was my choice to stay in Birkenhead so I knew I’d have to navigate public transport to get there. But it meant I could travel on the Mersey Ferry!! £6.80 for a daily pass on all public transport was brilliant value.

We didn't stay. Area run down, public areas in need of decoration - very institutional looking. Room ok but very small and cramped. Owner friendly but we just didn't feel comfortable so decided to drive home a day early.
