Great location with excellent privacy. It’s very quiet, especially after 10:00 PM. The bed is comfortable, and it's located right next to a peaceful beach. Food delivery options are great with plenty of choices. Both the room and bathroom are spotless. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, rice cooker, toaster, plates, and utensils.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The garden is a little but run down but not a big deal.

It’s a beautiful property on the Bay of Thailand just outside of Cha-am. Not the easiest to find, but after you’ve discovered the location it was pretty easy after that. The staff was very accommodating. They didn’t speak much English, but we did manage to communicate effectively anyhow. They’re very kind and patient people. I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying themselves. After just a few days, we were completely relaxed in our own little villa with our own little pool and the beach being almost completely empty for several miles was quite incredible. There are lots of birds chirping and it’s very very quiet. If you’re looking for a five star luxury location this isn’t it but it is a solid four star location for everything as stated above. I’ll definitely come back and I’ll stay longer next time.
It's a bit far from town. I would recommend that you either rent a small motorcycle or come in the car. It's about a 10 minute drive to town.

The house is clean. It has 6 beds for 6 persons. The kitchenette is completed with one magnetic stove , a toaster , a microwave and great variety of utensils.
Swimming pool is clean, the beach is nice.
The attendants are heplful, they came immediately after we called.
-The property is difficult to find ,the signs on road side are not noticeable especially at night.
-Electricity outage in one morning caused water supply to stop, which was very chaotic. We had to fetch water from the pool to flush the toilet.
-Should provide more water bottles, there were 3 bottles (1.5L) a day for 6 people
