I personally loved the deco of the living room most comfortable caravan beds I’ve ever slept on
The bathroom if I had to say anything! The handle gave me a heart attack it was a little difficult to work when rushing to the bathroom!

Not too far from the facilities, all in walking distance. Was nice being close to the lake & having regular visits from the geese & ducks
The cutlery was all dirty. The cutlery drawer was dirty also & a hair was found in here. The plates had pieces of dried in food on some of them, so they weren't cleaned properly. I personally spent a good long time the first night washing cutlery, plates & bowls as well as all the glass ware. I had to wipe down the dusty shelves the glasses were all sat on & get rid of a spider Web. The pots & pans were all needing cleaned also. We had brought a lot of food so we could prepare our own meals to try to cut down on costs, but decided not to use any of the pots & pans as these should have been cleaned as the host advised cleaners appear promptly after 10am checkout. You may wish to use a better cleaning company, as the current ones are not good.
The shower looked OK until I spotted a pubic hair. This had not yet been used by myself or my family at this stage. The shower was mouldy round edges & up the side of the doors. I understand everybody gets this, but there are products you can get to remove this.
I received emails prior to arriving advising to remove shoes, etc, before entering the caravan, which is perfectly fine, but I expected the caravan to be in immaculate pristine condition if requesting this. I was disappointed that i was away on holiday & spent time cleaning dishes etc.
We were advised there was a sofa bed, but we didn't locate this. When the sofa cushions were lifted, it was empty storage below, no pull out bed. This is advertised as being able to accommodate up to 8 people. We had 1 person sleeping on the sofa, which is comfortable enough as a sofa, but not really comfortable as a bed.
There was a spare double duvet, which we presume was for the 'sofa bed', but if it is just the sofa as it is, why is a double provided & not 2 single duvets (up to 8 people)???
