Wir hatten die Villa mir Gartenblick mit Frühstück. Christos mit seiner Familie waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Er hat uns bei jedem Problem/Wunsch helfen können. Zwischendurch hat er immer wieder gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Das Frühstück war in einem Nebenresort, aber überhaupt kein Problem, alle waren super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

We recently stayed for two nights at Rans Villas at the end of our holiday. We enjoyed the villa — it was well maintained, comfortable, and set in a tranquil location. We hardly saw any other guests during our stay and had the swimming pool to ourselves. The garden was lovely, and we enjoyed noting the different trees: pomegranate, fig, olive, and lime.
Christos is an engaging host with great energy. He checked in with us via WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay. One morning the power tripped, but Christos arrived promptly and resolved the issue. He also kindly sent his son on our check‑out day to help with our luggage and arranged a taxi pickup at a fairer price than we had been quoted elsewhere.
Breakfast was served at a nearby set of villas at a poolside restaurant called V’Angelo. The staff at V’Angelo were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t elaborate, and some options were better than others, but I did enjoy the Greek‑style scrambled eggs (Kayanas).
The only downside is that the main road is difficult to navigate on foot, as the pavement is broken in places and blocked by parked or abandoned cars. At night it feels quite trepidatious, with cars whizzing past. However, there is a large supermarket very close by, as well as a Kumquat factory where we picked up some nice gifts. There are also bus stops nearby, and we used the local bus to visit Dassia (Malibu Beach) and the Old Town for dinner.
