Péssimo atendimento. Queriam que eu saísse antes do horário do check out, que até então estava às 11. Queriam me cobrar a mais para ficar, quando disse que pagaria mas queria o recibo eles disseram que não falaram isso, sendo que tenho toda a conversa gravada! No dia seguinte estavam na recepção e vieram falar de forma grosseira comigo. O atendimento foi grosseiro desde o início, não sabem trabalhar com atendimento… mudaram o horário no dia da minha saída, mas para a supresa deles eu tinha um PRINT com o horário no momento que eu reservei! Pior atendimento que já tive em 3 meses que fiquei na Europa!
