The apartment was spacious and clean.
The curtains are not blackout curtains so make sure you wear an eye mask to get a decent night sleep.

The property is so roomy & very convenient transport & convenience store wise. An excellent choice. Express train to Tokyo Station with one stop, at Ueno. Whilst seemingly out of the way, this is a more residential & quiet area with fast access to the centre of Tokyo.
The beds were hard and the pillow also - used the doona to soften the blow, because I had brought a silk undersheet with me.
The curtains did not block out the light adequately at night & this may not suit everyone, though it did not bother me.

Luggage deposit prior to check-in time.
Not closed rooms, not enough space for luggages of 2 or more guests, dining table/chairs for 2 guests only, too tight for a family of more than 3.
Also, we forgot an expensive/signature winter scarf but when we called, the staff said they did not find one... strange they are honest and don't have a locker for lost/found items.
Will not recommend.
