Great location with a shared swimming pool

We loved how spacious the condo is. There was plenty of room for our family. The views are quite nice and offer excellent sunsets. It's a very comfortable place. Location is nice, especially for access to south Kona places like Kahalu`u, Captain Cook, etc. There is a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area.
There are a few small improvements that would really complete the experience. For example, most of the light switches don't seem to do anything. It wasn't clear how to tune on the ceiling fan lights in the living room. There were limited, or no, staples like laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. Salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc. We bought our own and left the extras.
It'd would be really nice to have some basic beach items for guests to use. Umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We ended buying several of those items ourselves and left them. Hopefully the next guests get to enjoy them. There was a cooler there that we appreciated and used every day.
Also, warmer color temperature in the light bulbs!
