Angenehme Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz, eigenem Eingang, Außendusche, Terrasse Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 2 kleine Duschbäder. Die Lage mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Badebucht ist perfekt. Mit dem Auto ist innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten fasst alles auf La Maddalena erreichbar. Zugang mit Schlüsselbox, Vermieterin antwortet schnell per WhatsApp. Die Küche hat alles, was man für 4 Personen braucht. Unteres Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit leistungsfähiger Klimaanlage.
Bei großer Hitze lässt sich das obere Schlafzimmer nur nutzen, wenn man die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sehr kalt einstellt und die Tür offen lässt (man kann sie eh nicht ganz schließen). Das obere Bad hat keine Entlüftung und stinkt so sehr nach Abwasser, dass wir es nicht benutzt haben. Generell sollte mal renoviert und modernisiert werden.

We like that the air conditioning and the fridge was working properly.
The host was also very responsive.
Overpriced semi-detached house, inside a villa. More like a very small apartment spread over 3 floors, ground floor, first floor and attic.
Property was very small and a bit of a hazard in my opinion with narrow steps and very small rooms and toilets/showers.
Kitchen is not equipped properly and the barbeque needs an utensil set with a grill scraper, turners, skewers and spatulas.
