Well equipped with everything we needed, clean throughout and thoughtful touches such as milk and biscuits upon arrival.

A beautifully presented cottage which was immaculately clean and tidy. It had everything you could need & was well equipped. Easy to find with ample parking. Our host Julie has excellent communication and made sure we had all the information necessary for our stay.

A perfect base to explore the many varied places and activities the area has to offer. The house had everything needed to make it a comfortable and relaxing stay...with a well equipped kitchen as well as designated parking. I would like to thank Julie,our host,who was very helpful when I left my toilet bag and kindly messaged me offering that she'd either post it to me or I was welcome to collect it. A cake was also left which was much appreciated.
The Venetian blinds in the bedrooms did let the light in so thicker curtains would be better.

Location is perfect for Castle Howard, Nunnington Hall and Helmsley and it is so clean not a mark anywhere
