The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Sousse station and is in a pedestrian only area so it is nice and quiet at night. My room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed, including a fridge and great AC. The bathroom was great and the shower had hot water when needed.

The location is very good and we could easily go everywhere walking. They kept our luggages for the day we went to the desert.
The toilet sit was dirty and when we mentioned it in the reception they told us the shift of the cleaning lady had ended so we had to clean it ourselves. Cleanliness in general terms could be improved. No sound insulation so it is a bit noisy. The heating was not working both times when we arrived and it was fixed later. We had no hot water in the last night - they refund us 50% of our stay to minimize the trouble.
