Near to all attraction and staff was very nice
The washroom had so many insects which were coming to the room.

The location and the staff made our stay very welcoming. The room was comfortable and lovely beds, good air con and WiFi
Breakfast was not much choice for English although they did make us fresh omelettes

We have had the mist wonderful stay at the Ozkavak. The hotel is in a perfect location in the Old town of Kaleici.
This hotel is a family run business and the staff couldn't be nicer. Beautiful pool and the food is excellent. Can not recommend this little gem enough.

Excellent location
I expressly asked for a two single beds, got a small queen size. I paid for breakfast but upon arrival the person at desk said it was not included, than said he’d have added anyway. The breakfast are was full of animals, a dug and several cats wandering around tables….i suffer from asthma from animals fur. Sadly many flies were feasting over food in the buffet. The room was small and noisy, the glass was broken and there was a hole from which noise at night was loud till midnight. The bed was small and quite uncomfortable as bending on both sides. TV remote was not available, I had to ask.
