Staff was very kind and supportive, everyday, every time. And breakfast was delicious.
Maybe not fair to point the property, but the taxi from the Riad to airport was not good at all.
The driver was extremely unpolite and even aggressive with words. That was arranged by the Riad to go from Road to airport on our return. It was a pity but finally was the Riad responsibly to get someone that is able to serve as a standard taxi driver, and not trying to offend passengers.
Other than that was all great!

Very nice staff, breakfast was the perfect amount of food, bed was comfortable. The place was very nice and fancy. The location was very quiet. 15 min walk from the markets. Would recommend getting the airport shuttle makes life so much easier. Decent size room.

The best thing about this riad is the staff. They are super helpful and polite.
The place is tidy and clean. The rooms get cleaned every day and they change your towels when needed.
Lastly the location is very good, if you don’t mind walking for 3-4 minutes into the narrow street, where cars can’t drive in.
The most annoying thing for me was that hot water in the shower never worked. I complained to the staff every morning and they promised they will check and fix it but it never worked.
The second thing is WiFi was very bad in my room, or by the reception. The only spot it worked was on the rooftop, so the only time I got to use it was while having breakfast for half an hour. The rest of the day I used my own mobile data.
I truely think I am entitled for compensation as these two services are part of what the charge is for.
The third is that the place has that very weird rule about brining food or drinks (even water bottles) with you from outside beacause they want you to buy it in the riad. I stayed in many hotels,hostels in many countries including Morocco, I was never told I can’t bring food or drinks. I could understand not bringing food, but even soda, juice or water is outrageous.
The forth point is that all doors creak loudly. The place has ”no noise” rule between 10pm &6am (which I personally appreciate). However, when a guest comes late at night, no matter how quiet they try to open the door it still creaks loudly. I was woken up more than once just by the creaking sound.
Lastly, not exactly a negative but the place is much smaller than it looks in the photos, the entire place has about 5 or 6 small rooms. The photos are all real, yet taken from angles to show it way bigger that it actually is.
