One of the towels was dirty and appeared to be stained.

Location is prefect in the heart of the city with shopping, public parking and restaurants at walking distance. Staff is courteous and breakfast was good.
They don't have their parking and even for unloading the luggage its very inconvenient. We have to request for park the car temporarily near loading/unloading bay, need to change 2 lifts and they don't have porter service. As we had lot of luggage, I ended up transporting myself which was very inconvenient.

Nice and clean, good location
Windows are thin, so plenty of street noise and no sleep Friday and Saturday night.
