Agradable

Me encanto el sitio, la cama muy cómoda, era acogedor y muy agradable. Tenía de todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable. Fueron muy amables.

La cama era comodísima pero hacía mucho ruido cada vez que te movías. Respecto a la limpieza las mesillas estaban llenas de polvo el suelo sucio y partes de la cocina como el microondas tambien. Por otro lado la ducha estaba llena de pelos.

MALOS OLORES EN EL APARTAMENTO...

El apartamento estaba limpio y el mantenimiento, en apariencia, era correcto. El edificio es antiguo, aunque el piso está reformado. Nada más llegar ya percibimos un olor desagradable, pero pensamos que sería algo puntual. Sin embargo, al regresar al apartamento unas horas después, el olor era muy intenso, similar al de aguas fecales, y hacía muy incómoda la estancia. Lo comunicamos de inmediato a la persona que nos entregó las llaves. Su primera respuesta fue decirnos que tiráramos de la cadena del baño. Al insistir en la gravedad del problema, acudió al apartamento acompañada de otra persona e incluso llamaron a un vecino. Todos ellos afirmaban no percibir ningún olor y nos dijeron que nunca habían recibido quejas similares. En ningún momento se revisó el origen del problema. Después hablamos por teléfono con el propietario, que estaba fuera de la ciudad. No nos ofreció una solución inmediata ni envió a nadie a comprobar qué estaba ocurriendo, por lo que nos encontramos sin una alternativa para poder disfrutar de la estancia. Esperamos un día más por si el problema desaparecía, pero el olor persistía. Finalmente decidimos marcharnos antes de tiempo y perder la última noche, que ya habíamos pagado. Lo más decepcionante no fue solo el problema del olor, que puede surgir de forma imprevista en cualquier alojamiento, sino la falta de una comprobación real y de una solución para los huéspedes. Por ello, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy negativa y no recomendaríamos este alojamiento.
