Staying at the Carducci Green Apartment was truly a delightful experience! I really appreciated having my own cozy space and the calm, peaceful vibe both inside and outside the apartment. The owner was very helpful and thoughtful, even reaching out to check how my stay was going, despite the contactless check-in and check-out process. The location is fantastic, with the Metro, supermarkets, and many charming eateries all within walking distance. I genuinely loved my time here and am already looking forward to returning in the future!
I couldn't sit on the balcony, which looked so beautiful and was furnished with a table and chairs, because the garbage bins right below attracted mosquitoes and emitted a strong odor in the evening.

Ho soggiornato in questo monolocale per un weekend e mi sono trovato molto bene.
L’appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati: la piccola cucina è ben equipaggiata, il letto doppio è comodo e c'è una piacevole zona giorno con divano, tavolo e TV. Il bagno è carino e pulito. Un grande punto a favore è il terrazzino con il tavolo esterno, molto piacevole per mangiare all'aperto.
La posizione è comoda: il quartiere è silenzioso, ma a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e dalle fermate degli autobus, con cui si arriva in centro in poco tempo.
L'esperienza di check-in è stata semplice e chiara. Il proprietario ha fornito indicazioni precise ed è stato facile mettersi in contatto con lui per qualsiasi esigenza.
L'esperienza complessiva è stata eccellente e non ci sono stati veri problemi. Se proprio devo cercare qualche piccolo dettaglio, la doccia è di dimensioni contenute (comunque utilizzabile senza problemi) e si nota qualche piccola imprecisione nelle finiture dell'appartamento, sottigliezze che non incidono affatto sul comfort del soggiorno.

The location could not have been better. Close to river. We were here for a magic convention where a lot of the competing was done in the piazzas... the metro was seven minute walk that took us directly to the events. Alessandro was very responsive when needed and kept us up to date on everything going on.
