A lovely resort in good location with green spaces and parking on site. Helpful and friendly staff at reception. We liked the bakery and mini supermarket with selection of essential items.
Good size of apartment. Light and airy rooms. The three bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, suited our adult family. It had everything we needed. Very close to facilities on the site including the spa, pool and restaurant. We all loved our day visit to the Thermen Spa
Pillows could be better. Some family members did not find the beds as comfortable as they expected.
Steps are steep upto the first floor so would need ground floor apartment for anyone with mobility issues.

We stayed at the castellum apartaments. The apartment was so pretty and confortable. Had everything we needed for a lovely staying
There should a transport available from the hotel to the closest bus stop. Since the route to get to the hotel is very long when you don’t have a car or a bike

Well structured and equipped - maintained well
Just a small bit too far from the city centre

Overall facilities and location was great. It was the second time at the location so we knew what to expect and we had a great time the first time as well.
Cleaning and heating. The apartment unfortunately was not well maintained. You could see spiders all over the place, more specifically in the bathroom where my wife and son were scared to enter until I removed them. In addition, the apartment was cold overall so it made it uncomfortable at times.
