El tamaño del apartamento (tenia una habitación mas). Tambien que tenga lavadora. Facil acceso
Un poco de ruido temprano a la mañana (porque estaban reformando o construyendo en el piso superior, supongo)
Igualmente creo debe ser algo TEMPORAL.

- grosser TV/ mit Apple möglich
- kein Netz und kein w-lang empfang in den jeweiligen Schlafzimemr/ keine Chance
- sehr unbequemes Bett/
- komischer geruch im zimmer
- beide Hahnen(wc und küche) waren alles andere als stabil/
$$$$
