Very clean and cosy, great location for Pendryn quarry, Llandudno, bet wry coed, everything that you needed. Added bonus horses outside the windows.

The location is excellent and centrally located. The views of Snowdon, the buttercup field out the window and the horses were great. The garden is beautiful and gave us some ideas for ours. There are lots of foot paths nearby, but you have to drive for any groceries. There are 3 bedrooms, but there is another room that has a bed and a TV that are across the patio, our son enjoyed having that to himself. Great beaches are only 30 minutes away. A lot to do on rainy days.
It was a little musty, but when we opened the windows it cleared that up.

Fantastic location, quiet and peaceful. Great position for visiting North Wales. Comfy beds. Great having a washer and dryer.
The property wasn't very clean, we had to wipes the hand prints and smears off the inside lounge patio doors and bedroom windows. Some draw tops and handles were sticky. Very dusty and lots of black damp patches. Smelt of damp throughout the property.
Water in outhouse shower was very hot, unable to make cooler.
