The location is perfect for a quick stay in Whangamata. Walking distance to the beach and the main strip of shops and cafes. Very clean and tidy. Perfect amount of room for a couple.
The only thing that was a bit weird was they didn’t provide any soap, only shampoo & conditioner. I would have preferred soap in the shower. They also only give you one rubbish bag. So we had to buy some more. Other than that, no complaints about our stay :)

Location excellent
Nothing really, the decorating taste was excellent and a credit to the owners. WI FI information was not available to us as we were on the move and missed the details provided back in our base in Australia. Suggest leaving this in written form in the Unit.

Room was hard to heat
Cutlery and cups needed replenishing one cup one knife
Used Cleaning cloth left hanging in bathroom
Exterior entrance and garden very neglected
Arrived at night there was no property or outside lighting
Off site and removed management ,room had little effort made to make one feel welcome
